Each sword is painstakingly re-created, with darkened steel fittings cast from molds of an original, screen-used prop sword in our collection. The hand-hollowground and hand-finished blade is of durable high-carbon steel, heat treated to a tough 56 HRC. The grip is stabilized birch with a leather spiral overwrap.
