Each sword will be painstakingly re-created, with steel fittings cast from molds of an original screen-used prop sword. The hand-hollowground and hand-finished blade is of durable high-carbon steel, heat treated to a tough 56 HRC. The grip is stabilized birch with a leather overwrap.
