For e-mail orders, please send two separate e-mails as such:
*First
mail stating what you're ordering,
*The first half of your credit card number,
*The billing address and phone number for that card,
*The name that appears on the card.
*The
second mail should have the shipping address for the product, if that
address is different from the billing address for the card,
*The second half of your credit card number,
*The credit card expiration.
For
US mail orders, please include the following:
*Your
name, address, phone, and e-mail address (Please note if shipping address
is different than the billing address.)
*The item number and description, and any information stated as required
(measurements, stylings, etc.)
*For credit card charges, provide credit card number and expiration date,
name under which credit is issued, and billing address.
*For checks, please write your phone number on the front of the check,
and provide your home address if it is not imprinted on the face of the
check.
We will charge a $25 returned check fee if any check does not clear
the bank.
Payment Methods
We
accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, personal and company
checks, money order, or wire transfer.
Deposits
We require a deposit on all items ordered:
$300
for swords (unless otherwise indicated)
$150 for Squire Line swords
$150 for helms
50% of the full retail price for other items, including custom work.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Convenient
payment plans for orders over $500 USD are available for qualified customers.

Shipping
Our swords are shipped in specially made boxes with foam inserts suspending
the sword in place. Generally, we ship orders via FedEx.
We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason, without
explanation.
Other options, such as rush shipping, are available for an additional
charge.
If you would like to request a shipping cost quote, drop us an e-mail
or give us a call at 1-888-806-HELM, with your postal code, and we can
tell you how much your shipping cost will be.
The Albion Return Policy
As a
customer of Albion Swords, Ltds and/or Film Swords LLC, you certify that
you are under no restrictions of law that may prohibit or restrict your
possession of edged weapons. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not
the seller, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal
and international laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any item
purchased from Albion Swords Ltd/Film Swords. We suggest that you consult
your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. By placing
an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in
a lawful manner and that the he/she is of legal age. Albion Swords Ltd/FilmSwords
will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us
or any of our distributors & dealers. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless
either the company, its owners, investors, board members, and staff against
any and all claims, demands, actions, or proceedings, resulting in injury,
death or damages, losses, and/or liabilities, costs and expenses, including
attorney fees, relating to or arising out of any claim asserted by you against
the aforementioned companies.
